基于IEC61850标准的电力系统监控软件设计

摘要 针对目前变电站通信协议标准不统一,设备间互操作性弱与互换性差,难以实现数据信息的集成应用和协同操作,设计了一种基于IEC61850协议标准的电力监控软件系统。系统采用嵌入式设计思想,借助优先权任务调度方式,设计了数字化变电站软件平台中的通信模型特殊通信服务映射与采样值传输(SVC)和通用变电站事件(GSE)的通信服务,从任务快速处理角度保证了系统操作的实时性。电力参数监控结果验证了上述设计的合理性与可行性。
