子宫胎盘部位超常反应4例分析

摘要 子宫胎盘部位超常反应（EPS）是指中间滋养细胞在胎盘种植部位的弥漫与过度增生及浸润，是一种少见的、与妊娠相关的中间型滋养细胞高度增生非肿瘤性病变。常发生于分娩后，临床表现多为产后出血，甚至产后大量出血而危及产妇的生命。在产前及产时不能诊断，只有术后病理报告方可明确，因而临床上对其认识不足，常引起漏诊和误诊。现将我院子宫胎盘部位超常反应4例产后出血行子宫切除的病例报告如下。
