经皮激光椎间盘减压术术后患者的健康指导 被引量:1

摘要 经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)是目前广泛应用于临床的脊柱微创非开放性手术方法之一。是利用激光的高能量局部生物效应,“切除”突出的椎间盘髓核,达到减小椎间盘压力,回缩突出的颈、腰椎间盘,解除其对脊髓、神经、血管的压迫,消除患者的临床症状。
