摘要
目的 探讨合欢皮乙醇提取物在荷瘤鼠体内的抗肿瘤活性。方法 采用 EL - 4细胞株建立 C57BL/6小鼠荷瘤模型 ,在不同时间给予合欢皮乙醇提取物注射 ,观察其对荷瘤小鼠存活时间及荷瘤生长速度的影响。结果 该提取物能明显地抑制小鼠荷瘤的生长速度 ,延长荷瘤鼠的存活时间。结论 合欢皮乙醇提取物具有较好的体内抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To explore the antineoplastic activity of the extract of alcoholized Albizia cortex in the treatment of tumor bearing mice.Methods EL 4 tumor cells clones were used to set up C 57 BL/6 animal model of tumor bearing mice.The extract of alcoholized Albizia cortex was injected into these mice at different times and the effect of the extract on the survival time of tumor bearing mice and the growing speed of the tumor were observed simultaneously.Results The drug can obviously inhibit the growing speed of tumors and extend the survival time of tumor bearing mice.Conclusion The extract of alcoholized Albizia cortex has better antineoplastic activity in vivo.
