摘要
目的 本实验用不同浓度碘水诱发小鼠高碘甲状腺肿。方法将实验动物随机分为5组,分别饮含碘50、500、1000、2000、3000μg/L的去离子水。喂至3月龄,观察小鼠甲状腺和血清学变化。结果碘离子500μg/L就可诱发小鼠高碘甲状腺肿。随着碘离子浓度的升高甲状腺绝对重量和相对重量有增大趋势。光镜观察,甲状腺肿为胶质性甲状腺肿。血清学改变为,T4、rT3升高,T3变化不明显。随着碘浓度的升高,T4、rT3有升高趋势,但无统计学意义。结论 碘离子浓度达到500μg/L时,就可诱发高碘甲状腺肿。
Objective To induce the mice goiter in different iodine water. Method The study was divid- ed into5 groups by randomized. The mouse drank 50, 500 1000, 2000 and 500 ug/L, the mice goiter was found. With the iodine ion increased, the absolute weight and relative weight of thyroid were also increased.The serum T4.rT3 in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th group were higher then that of the first group. With the iodine ion increased, the serum T4.rT3 increased. Conclusion 500 ug/L iodine ion water could induce the mice goiter.
