脑钠肽与急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者冠脉严重程度与血清脑钠肽(BNP)的相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法 138例经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者,按冠状动脉造影结果分为:单支病变50例,双支病变46例,三支病变42例,作为ACS组,66例非ACS患者作为对照组。检测2组患者12h内及其患者入院时的血清BNP浓度,同时行冠脉造影明确冠脉病变性质及程度,比较2组别血清BNP浓度的差异以及冠脉造影结果积分和与血清BNP浓度的相关性。结果对照组、ACS组,血清BNP浓度分别为(16.84±6.06)pg/ml,(283.15±57.66)pg/ml,ACS组血清BNP明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清BNP浓度与Gensini评分积分和有一定相关性,2、3支病变组血清BNP浓度明显高于单支病变组(P<0.05)。结论 ACS冠脉病变程度不同患者的血清BNP浓度存在差异,血清BNP浓度与ACS患者冠脉严重程度相关,与Gensini评分积分和有一定相关性。
