摘要
目的探讨克林霉素不良反应(ADR)/事件(ADE)发生的特点及相关因素,为临床用药提供参考。方法对我院2008年以来克林霉素使用情况与发生ADR/ADE的病例进行统计分析。结果 ADR/ADE的发生与输液浓度、静脉滴注速度及患者因素等密切相关。结论重视给药方法 ,规范用药,可以减少克林霉素不良反应/事件的发生。
Objective To explore the characteristics and relevant factors of adverse reaction event （ADE） caused by clindamycin in order to offer reference for clinical medication.Methods In our hospital,the clindamycin usage and ADE cases were analyzed statistically since 2008.Results The occurrence of ADE was closely related with infusion solution concentration,intravenous drip speed and patient factors.Conclusion Emphasis on the method of administration and standard medication can reduce the occurrence of ADE caused by clindamycin.
