摘要 目的研制一种理想的胃肠道副反应小的治疗骨关节痛的新药。方法精选具有适度还氧化酶-2抑制作用的药物,加入调节机体功能、提高免疫力的多糖成分及减少胃肠道副作用的米索前列醇,并以高分子物质包衣,制备舒必通胶囊,进行质量控制标准和体外溶出度等实验。结果舒必通胶囊在制剂的稳定性和释药性能等方面均符合要求。结论制剂的释药性质受所加入辅料量的影响,高分子材料和多糖成分的含量不同则溶出不同。 Objective To develop a new ideal drug with smaller gastrointestinal tract side effects to treat joint pain.Methods The drug having moderately cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitory effect was selected carefully.The Huang Qi Polysaccharide that could regulate body functions and improve the ability of disease resistance was added.Misoprostol was added to reduce the gastrointestinal tract side effects.The capsules were prepared with high molecule material.And the some tests,such as quality control standards and vitro dissolution were performed.Results ShuBiTong capsule met the requirements in preparation stability and the medicine dissolution and so on.Conclusion The release characteristics are mainly influenced by the supplementary material volume.The dissolution varies with the content of high molecule material and polysaccharide component.
