摘要
目的观察瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚喉罩麻醉在双上肢手术中应用的效果。方法 60例双上肢手术患者均以瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚快速诱导后插入喉罩,术中予以瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉持续泵入维持麻醉。观察喉罩的使用情况及所有患者血流动力学的变化情况。结果术中喉罩使用效果良好,患者在各时间点的血流动力学相对平稳。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚喉罩麻醉效果良好,而且大大减少了双侧臂丛神经阻滞带来的一系列风险,其又有麻醉苏醒快而且完善、并发症少等独特的优点。
Objective To observe the application effects of Remifentanyl and Propofol laryngeal mask anesthesia in the surgery of the both upper limbs. Methods Sixty patients with the upper limbs surgery were inserted with laryngeal masks after rapid induc tion with Remifentanil and Propofol,with the continuous intravenous infusion of Remifentanil and Propofol to maintain anes-thesia during the surgery.Meanwhile,the use of the laryngeal mask and all patients＇ hemodynamic changes were observed. Results Laryngeal mask anesthesia in surgery has the good effects.The hemodynamics was relatively stable at different time points. Conclusion Remifentanil and propofol laryngeal mask anesthesia not only has a good effect but greatly reduces the risks caused by bilateral brachial plexus block,and also has the characteristic of rapid narcotic recovery,perfection and fewer complications,so it is worth promoting its use in the clinical anesthesia.
