摘要
企业文化作为一种管理方式,在一定条件下,其运行规律遵循系统熵值增加效应 的趋势,即管理系统表现出从有序到无序的演变。另一方面,作为远离平衡态的开放系统的管 理组织在另一条件下会形成系统的耗散结构,即表现出管理系统从无序到有序的演变,在此基 础之上,作者提出了重塑我国企业文化的几点新思路与新方法。
This paper intends to disclose the necessity of reconstructing enterprise culture in China. The operating law of enterprise culture, as means of management, in certain conditions, will follow the trend of the increasing effect of systematic entropy value, that is, a manifested evolution of the managerial system horn outer to disorder. On the other hand, as an open system away hem equilibrium, the managerial group will form a systematic dissipative structure in other conditions, that is, a manifested evolution of the managerial system horn disorder to order. On the basis of the discussions above, the authors put forward several new ideas and new methods to reconstruct enterprise culture in our country.
