摘要
应用现代测试手段(SEM、TEM、EPMA、EELS),对T10A钢在激光淬火时,马氏体形态与亚结构的变化,马氏体中高的过饱和含碳量,奥氏体微观区城碳浓度分布的高度不均匀性进行了研究和定性、定量的测定,并在实验的基础上,分析讨论了马氏体形态与亚结构发生变化的本质原国。
In the microstructure of laser-hardened T10A steels,the changeof morphology, substructure and highly over-saturated carbon concentration ofmartensite, high heterogeneity of carbon content distribution in micro-region ofaustensite, have been investigated qualitatively and quantitatively using modenmicro-analysis technologies, such as TEM, SEM, EPMA, EELS. Furthermore,mechanisms of the change of the morphology and substructure of martensite havaalso been discussed.
