摘要
工人对反抗方式的选择主要依据两个维度的变量,分别为事件性质与工人的权益目标。冲突事件在以法律、制度、规定、约定等形式为依据的性质上产生分化,分别为合法但不符合正当性与不合法两种。其次,对反抗方式的选择还需根据工人的权益目标来设定,工人的权益目标分为维持工作机会、利益恢复以及利益扩大化三种。本文依据这两个变量建立起工人反抗方式选择的理想类型框架,并呈现出五种显著不同的模式;同时,结合具体案例分析这些反抗方式的意义。
This article suggests that the workers' choices of way to resist will depend on two dimensions of variables,which are the nature of events and the target of rights and interests.Based on the law,system and regulation,the nature differs in degree from legal but no legitimacy and illegal.The resistance to conflict events also rely on the setting of individual target of rights and interests which is divided into three parts.They are maintaining job,restitution of interests and benefits maximization.Through these variables,we get the significantly different five modes of the action to resist;and will analyze the meaning of the way to resist by using specific cases.
