摘要
为了适应信息化战争所引起的编制体制、指挥控制、保障内涵等方面的变革,提高军械保障效率,文中阐述了军械保障业务流程再造的本质,系统分析了信息技术和业务流程再造之间的关系,提出了军械保障业务流程再造的要求,结合器材请领的具体实例,说明了信息技术在军械保障业务流程再造中的作用。
In order to adapt to the change in the area of authorized strength,command and control,support connotation,to improve the efficiency of ordnance support .
