摘要
根据对磨球失效机理的研究,作者提出将砂型铸造铬钼铜白口铸铁磨球改为金属型铸造磨球,同时进行适当的热处理,其结果磨球在运行过程中的破碎率有了明显的下降,且耐磨性亦有显著提高,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
According to the research of break mechanism of grinding ball,the author used the metal mould instead of sand mould. By means of suitableheat treat-ment process grinding ball made from Cr-Mo-Cu white cast ironwas produced. The result shows that break percents of grinding ball on workingobviously decreased. And wear resistance greatly increased. The optimal economicand social effect was obtained.
