摘要
档案信息资源与档案用户需求之间的辩证矛盾是资源配置的逻辑起点,遵循"资源决定需求,需求影响资源"的思路资源配置的前提,在此基础上,档案信息资源配置的目标定位于:实现基本的档案信息资源建设要求,满足基本的档案用户需求,反映基本的资源供求变化。
The dialectical contradiction between the archive information resources and the needs of archive users is not only the logical starting point of resources allocation, but also the premise of resources alloca- tion, which follows the idea of resource determines demand and demand affects resources. On this basis, the target of archive information resources allocation can be positioned on the following aspects： to realize the fundamental requirements of archive information resources construction, to satisfy the basic needs of archive users and to reflect the primary changes of resources supply and demand.
