摘要
采用水培方法研究了4个不同基因型甘蔗(YT60、YT55、ROC22、BC2-32)根系K+的吸收动力学参数,结果表明,YT55最低养分浓度临界值最低(Cmin值最小),对K+的亲和力最高(Km值最小),而BC2-32的Cmin值最大,对K+的亲和力最低(Km值最大)。Imax在各基因型之间差异不显著。
We used hydroponic experiment to research the kinetic parameters of potassium of four genotype sugarcane（YT60,YT55,ROC22,BC2-32）.The kinetic parameters were different among the four genotypes.YT55 was proved to be the most K efficient with the lowest Km and Cmin,while BC2-32 was the least efficient.There was no difference in Imax among these four genotypes.
