摘要
目的提高抗菌药物处方质量,促进抗菌药物临床合理应用,推进抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动深入开展。方法通过对基层医疗机构的临床药事管理检查和抗菌药物处方点评,发现问题并提出整改意见。结果通过抗菌药物处方点评,发现基层医疗机构抗菌药物临床应用有较多问题。结论重视基层医疗机构抗菌药物合理应用,积极开展抗菌药物处方点评工作具有重要的现实意义。
Objective To improve the quality of antibacterial agents prescription,to promote the clinical rational application of antibacterial agents and to carry out the special rectification activities of antibacterial agents clinical use in a deep-going way.Methods Through clinical pharmacy management check and prescription comment of antibacterial agents,we discovered problems and put forward the reforming opinions.Results Through the prescription comment of antibacterial agents,there were many problems for antibacterial agents clinical use in basic medical institutions.Conclusion Thinking highly of the clinical rational application of antibacterial agents and developing antibacterial agents prescription comment positively are of great practical significance.
