摘要
社区经济不同于一般经济形态,具有地域性、服务性和多样性的特点。当前我国城市社区经济的发展还处于初级阶段,人们对社区经济的认识还很不够,需要进一步明确以实现社会效益最大化同时兼顾经济效益为社区经济的目标,明确以非政府组织为城市社区经济的主体,同时整合城市社区资源,挖掘社区经济发展的潜力。
Community economy is different fi＇om the economic formation in the general sense. It features region-orientation, service-orientation and diversity. Now urban community economy of our country is still on the initial stage and people do not have enough understanding of it. We should further make it clear that the target of community economy is to realize maximum of social benefits and give consideration to economic benefits at the same time. We should also make it clear that non-governmental organizations are the main force of urban community economy. At the same time, we should integrate urban community resources to have more potential for community economic development.
