摘要
目的 探讨如何降低小梁切除术后并发症的发生率。 方法 治疗组 42例 (44眼 )青光眼术中应用透明质酸钠 ,对照组 5 0例 (5 8眼 )行常规小梁切除术。对两组术后并发症的发生情况作对比观察分析。 结果 治疗组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组 ,统计学处理 (χ2 =8 36 ,P <0 0 1)。两组差异有高度显著性。术后浅前房的发生率也有显著性差异 (χ2 =4 7,P <0 0 5 )。 结论 小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠 ,能减少术后并发症的发生率 ,提高手术的安全性。
Objective To evaluate how to reduce the incidence of post operative complications after trabeculectomy. Methods 42 cases?(44?eyes) of glaucoma in experimental group were operated with trabeculectomy by addition of healon,and 50?cases(58?eyes) as control group were performed with trabeculectomy without healon.The post operative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of post operative complications in experimental group was much lower than that of the control.Statistic data showed that there were great differences between the two groups(χ 2=8 36, P <0 01).Also,it showed difference of the incidence of superficial anterior chamber after trabeculectomy between the two groups(χ 2=4 7, P <0 05). Conclusion Trabeculectomy with healon can reduce the incidence of post operative complications and improve the safety of operation.
