摘要
门式刚架轻型钢结构以结构轻巧、制作安装简便、工厂化程度高、现场工作量小、施工周期短、综合效益高等优点,在工业厂房建设中得到了广泛应用。轻钢结构厂房的造价主要取决于钢材用量,通过近年来设计过的项目进行归纳、分析,探讨"同条件下用钢量最省"的结构布置,对今后工业厂房的设计提供理论参考。
Lightweight steel constructions of portal frames have been widely used in the construction of industrial plants for their characteristics of lightweight structure, easy manufacturing and installation, high automation, less work on the site, short construction period, high comprehensive profit, etc. The cost of a lightweight steel construction plant depends mainly on its steel consumption. It was explored the layout of the structure with the least steel consumption under same condition by way of summarizing and analyzing the designed projects in recent years, which would provide a theoretic reference for construction of industrial plants in the future.
