摘要
地方普通高校肩负着为地方经济发展培养高素质人才的重要使命。针对当前地方高校音乐专业在人才培养模式上存在的诸多问题,指出应明确确立地方高校音乐专业应用型人才的培养目标及要求,并在此基础上提出了音乐专业应用型人才培养模式的改革措施。

Based on the series problems in the current model of fostering application-oriented talents of music education in local universities, the paper first stresses the purposes and requirements of fostering application-oriented talents of music education in local universities and then puts forward the reform measures on model of fostering application-oriented talents of music education.
