摘要
研究了充放电终止电压对磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)正极锂离子电池循环性能的影响。将充电上限电压从3.65 V提高到4.00 V,电池放电容量增加较少,对循环时容量衰减速率的影响也很小;将放电终止电压从2.50 V降低到2.00 V,电池放电容量增加,但循环时容量的衰减加快。将放电终止电压降低到2.00 V,将增大电池内阻的增幅。LiFePO4正极锂离子电池组在串联使用时,单体电池充电电压允许提升至4.00 V,但必须控制放电时的终止电压,防止过放电。
The influences of charge and discharge terminal voltage on the cycle performance of lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) cathode Li-ion battery were studied. The discharge capacity of the battery was slightly enhanced and it had little influence on the cycle performance when the charge terminal voltage increased from 3.65 V to 4.00 V. The discharge capacity of the battery was increased as the discharge terminal voltage decreased from 2.50 V to 2.00 V, but the capacity decaying during cycle was increased. The internal resistance enhancing ratio was increased when the discharge terminal voltage decreased to 2.00 V. The charge terminal voltage of single cell could overrun to 4.00 V in series LiFePO4 cathode Li-ion batteries, but the discharge terminal voltage must be controlled and avoided to be over discharged.
