摘要
目的探讨右侧卧位下胃管置入法在脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者中的成功率及安全性。方法选择2009年4月～2011年12月我科住院的脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者110例,将其随机分为观察组56例和对照组54例。观察组采用右侧卧位胃管置入法。对照组采用常规胃管置入法。观察两组胃管置入用时、一次性成功率及并发症发生率。结果两组胃管置入用时、一次性成功率及并发症发生率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者右侧卧位胃管置入法较传统法在一次性置入成功率、并发症发生率等方面有明显优势。
Objective To explore the success rate and safety of the placement of stomach tube at the right lateral posi tion in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 110 stroke patients with dysphagia from April 2009 to December 2011 were divided into observation group （56 cases, the right lateral stomach tube placement method） and control group （54 cases, the traditional stomach tube placement method） randomly. The time used to placement the stomach tube and the one--time suc- cess rate and complications, including vomit, cough and mucosal bleeding et al. , were observed. Results There was statis tically significant difference on the one--time placement success rate and complications between the observation group and control group. Conclusions Compared with the traditional method, the placement of stomach tube at the right lateral posi- tion has obvious advantage in the one--time placement success rate and complications in stroke patients with dysphagia.
