摘要
以小型汽油机改装为天然气原动机,配置热水型溴化锂吸收式制冷机及发电机,搭建了一套小型的CCHP系统。对余热回收能力、发电品质及发动机稳定性、溴冷机热力特性进行了实验研究和分析。根据溴冷机温度的变化情况,将其启动至达到名义工况之间的过程分为3个阶段,并进行了运行参数分析。此外,提出几点建议以提高发电品质。
A small-size petroleum engine was retrofitted to fuel natural gas and LiBr absorption chiller,electricity generator were integrated to set up a small CCHP system. Recoverable amount of waste-heat, performance of absorption chiller, quality of electricity generated were experimentally researched and analyzed. Three stages were divided between start-up and stable operation for absorption chiller. Some measures were discussed to improve electricity quality.
