摘要
目的 探讨参麦注射液对骨关节炎模型动物关节液中白细胞介素 1(IL 1)水平的影响。方法 建立骨关节炎动物模型 ,随机分成 3组 :Ⅰ参麦组 ,Ⅱ盐水组 ,Ⅲ正常对照组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别注射参麦注射液和无菌生理盐水 ,Ⅲ组不作注射。按设计分批次处死 ,检测模型动物关节液中IL 1水平。结果 参麦注射液能够明显降低模型动物关节液中IL 1的升高水平。结论 参麦注射液通过抑制关节液中IL 1水平的异常升高发挥对骨关节炎的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the variety of interleukin 1 level in joint fluid of OA model in response to Shenmai injection.Methods OA model animals were randomly divided into 3 groups:Ⅰ.Shenmai group,Ⅱ.Saline group,and Ⅲ.Control group.Animals in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ received Shenmai injection and sterilized normal saline respectively.After the animals were killed,the interleukin 1 level in joint fluid of Shenmai group was determined and compared with that of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ.Results Shenmai injection could significantly decrease the interleukin 1 level in joint fluid of OA model.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection on OA can be achieved by decreasing the high level of interleukin 1 in joint fluid.
