摘要
胃癌是是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,发病机制目前还不十分清楚。近年来的研究表明肿瘤中只有少量细胞具有发生肿瘤以及持续的自我更新能力,这类具有干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞被定义为肿瘤干细胞(Cancer stem cells,CSC)。越来越多的证据提示了多种实体肿瘤中CSC的存在,其中就消化系统肿瘤中是否存在肿瘤干细胞一直备受关注,本文就胃癌中干细胞的研究进展进行讨论。
Gastric carcinoma is a common malignant tumor and mechanisms are not quite plain. Cancer stem cells（CSC） are defined as the unique subpopulation in the tumors, which can possess the ability to initiate tumor growth and sustain self-renew as well as meta static potential Increasing evidence suggests the existence of CSCs in some solid tumors. In this review, we will discuss the possible existence and recent progress of CSCs in the digestive system tumors.
