摘要
研究新疆和田长寿地区维吾尔族老人血脂与性激素、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）、空腹胰岛素（ＦＩＮＳ）、空腹胰岛素敏感指数（ＦＩＳＩ）间的相互关系。方法：取空腹肘静脉血检测血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ）、睾酮（Ｔ）、雌二醇（Ｅ_２）、超氧化物歧化酶、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素，统计学采用多元逐步回归分析。结果：空腹血糖与甘油三酯呈正相关；空腹胰岛素与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关。结论：空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平是影响血脂代谢的重要因素。
Objective: We studied the relationship between the serum lipid and sexual hormone. super-oxide dismutase(SOD). fasting blood glucose (FBG). fasting insulin (FIS) and insulin sensitivity index (FISI) in elder Uygur people. Methods:The indexes included testosterone(T). estradiol(E_2).SOD .FBG. FINS. total cholesterol(TC). triglycerid (TG). high density lipoprotein (HDL) and lower-density lipoprotein (LDL). LDL = TC-HDL-1/2.2TG, FISI=FBG×FINS/22.5. The data were expressed with x±s.statistical methods; analysis of variance and multigradual regression analysis. Results: FBG was positive correlated with TG, FINS was negative with HDL. Conclusion: The FBG and FINS are important factors to influence lipid metabolism.
