Joost Ector （1972）, Partner and Design Principal, graduated cum laude in 1996 from Eindhoven University of Technology and then joined Hoogstad Architecten, where he became project architect in 1999 with his winning design for the HES Amsterdam. In 2001 he became a director of the firm and in the following year became owner together with Max Pape of what is now Ector Hoogstad Architects （EHA）.Ector Hoogstad Architects （EHA） is an independent all round architectural practice based in Rotterdam, headed by Joost Ector （design principal） and Max Pape （managing director）. EHA has a leading position in the Netherlands＇ internationally highly ranked design-landscape.
