摘要
水提白芨多糖,用甲醇分级沉淀和 DEAE—纤维素柱层析得5个组分。B-1,B-2,B-3,B-4,B-5和 BS。经玻璃纤维纸电泳、醋酸纤维薄膜电泳和琼脂糖4B 凝胶柱层析鉴定,表明 B-1和 B-2两种组分均为单一物质。B-1和 B-2的比旋度均为负值。Dische 法测定麦明,白芨多糖不含糖醛酸。红外光谱和核磁共振测定分析显示,白芨多糖糖苷键型为β型。纸层析、薄板层析及气相色谱分析表明白芨多糖由甘露糖和葡萄糖两种单糖组成,相对 Rf 值之比约为1.
Bleailla Striata(Thunb)is a Chinese herbal medicine widely in use.Its Crude polysaecharide is extracted with hot water,then,fractional precipitation with methanol and PEAE-eellulose column to obtain five fractions. B-1 and B-2 are considered to be homogeneous with glass fiber paper electrophoresis,cellulose acetate film electrophoresis and Sepharos 4B column. By PC,TLC and GC,Polysaccharide contains mannose and glucose.Th- eir molecular weight have been determinated with GPC and LV. IR spectrum and ~1H NMR indicated polysaeeharides have β-configuration.
