摘要
本文给出一种非线性计算量较小的动态线性模拟电路多频故障诊断法。该方法采用多频激励建立的非线性故障诊断方程组及其雅克比矩阵,结构简单,计算机容易实现。非线性方程组的求解采用局部收敛的牛顿——拉普逊迭代法,速度较快。本文还研究了电路的可诊断性以及测试频率的选择问题。
This paper presents a multifreqency fault diagnosis method that only requires smaller amount of nonlinear computation. In this method,the structure of the nonlinear fault diagnosis equations and its Jacobian matrix are simpler, so the diagnosis can be easily realized by computer. The Newten-Raphson iteration that is locally covergent is used to solve the non-nonlinear equations. In addition, this paper discusses the diagnosability and the selection of test frequencies in dynamic linear analog circuits.
