自由解剖平面技术联合容积对比成像技术在胎儿神经管缺陷筛查中的初步应用

摘要 超声技术是临床诊断神经管畸形的首选方法,三维超声的优势是可以从任意方向观察任何解剖平面,这对各种解剖结构的探寻是非常有用的。但到目前为止,一般均是获取与3个正交平面中任一平面平行的平面。自由解剖平面技术可以获取任何想要得到的平面,是对弯曲或不规则复杂结构研究的最理想的一种方法,而容积对比成像技术(volume contrast imaging,VCI)能进一步提高对比分辨率和重建结构的视觉效果。本研究探讨该两种技术相结合应用于胎儿神经管畸形筛查的可行性。
