脊柱后路手术合并脑脊液漏的观察与护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨脊柱后路手术后脑脊液漏(CSFL)18例护理经验。方法:回顾性分析2010年3月～2012年8月脊柱后路手术合并CSFL的护理过程,总结护理经验。结果:采用心理护理、体位护理、伤口的处理及预防颅内压升高的措施,使所有患者均能治愈出院。结论:脊柱后路手术合并CSFL比较常见,处理和预防都非常重要。严密观察病情、精心治疗与护理,患者均能促进患者的治愈,无后遗症。
