摘要
目的:探讨腹部按摩加葱白贴敷神阙穴的中医护理方法用于髋部骨折患者术后尿潴留的疗效观察。方法:随机将76例髋部骨折术后患者分成实验组38例和对照组38例,实验组采用腹部按摩加葱白贴敷神阙穴护理,对照组采用尿潴留常规护理,比较两组尿潴留患者排尿功能恢复的效果。结果:实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部按摩加葱白贴敷神阙穴护理对髋部骨折患者术后尿潴留疗效理想,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of the nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine： Abdominal massage and fistular onion stalk stick apply therapy on the urine retention patient＇s shenque point after hip fracture operation. Methods 80 patients with hip fracture operation were divided into two groups randomly. 40 patents were choosing as the experimental group, whom were offered the nursing methods of abdominal massage and fistular onion stalk stick apply therapy on the patient＇s shenque point. And other 40 patients were choosing as the control group though they were offered the tradition nursing care. Investigate the two different nursing methods＂ effect on rebuilt the urinary retention patents＂ physiological function. Results The experimental group＇s nursing effect was better than the control group＇s （P〈0.01）.The difference was statistically significance. Conclusions Abdominal massage and fistular onion stalk stick apply therapy on the urine retention patient after hip fracture operation has a good curative effect, it worth to be promotion.
