摘要
目的:探讨影响护士与糖尿病患者沟通的因素与对策。方法:采用以继续教育等不同的沟通形式、提高护理人员自身素质等方法扩大效果。结果:通过开展护患沟通一年多来,患者对糖尿病基本知识、操作技能和心理状态均显著进步(P<0.01)。结论:护士要拓宽自身专业学科知识面和服务面;患者及家属对糖尿病知识的掌握程度是糖尿病合理控制的关健,是做好护患沟通的基础;建立一种主动合作型的护患关系是糖尿病专科护理的努力的方向。
Objective To explore the influence of nurses and patients with diabetes mellitus communication factors and countermeasures. Methods With the continuing education of different forms of communication, improve nursing staff＇s quality and method of enlarging effect. Results Through the development of nurse-patient communication for more than a year, the diabetic patients basic knowledge, skills and psychological status were significant （P〈O.01） progress.
