摘要
目的:探讨超声诊断在胆总管囊状扩张症的应用价值。方法:对21例胆总管囊状扩张症患者超声资料总结分析。结果:21例病例中,2例合并肝内胆管囊状扩张,2例合并胆总管结石。结论:超声显示胆总管囊状扩张症灵敏而准确,超声诊断是胆总管囊状扩张症最重要的影像学方法。
objective To explore the value of clinical application of ultrasound in the cystic dilatation of common bile duct. Methods Summarizing and analyzing the ultrasound data of the 21 cases patients with cystic dilatation of common bile duct. Results In the 21 cases patients, 2 cases patients combine with intrahepatic bile duct cystic dilatation; 2 cases patients combine with bile duct stones. Conclusions The ultrasound is sensitive and accurate for the cystic dilatation of common bile duct,The ultrasound diagnosis is the most irnportant imaae methods of diagnosing the cystic dilatation of common bile duct.
