摘要
目的:探讨下泪小管断裂吻合两种术式的疗效。方法:选择我院56例(56眼)下泪小管断裂患者,根据手术方式不同分为两组:A组(26例)直接断端寻找及硬膜外麻醉导管置入;B组(30例)猪尾针辅助断端寻找及硬膜外麻醉导管置入。术后随访1年。通过统计学方法比较二者疗效。结果:B组治疗效果优于A组(P<0.01)。结论:猪尾针辅助断端寻找及硬膜麻醉外导管置入提高泪小管成功吻合率疗效更佳。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of two kinds of anastomotic patterns in Inferior iacrimat duct breakage. Methods 56 cases with acrimal duct breakage were chosen,they were devicled into two groups according to anastomotic patterns：A groups （26 cases） were directly looked for the breakage and the catheters were implanted using epidural anesthesia;B groups （30 cases）were looked for the breakage with the help of the Pig tail needle and and the catheters were implanted using epidural anesthesia.The patients were followed 1 year. Comparison the therapeutic effects through the statistical methods. Result The therapeutic effects of B groups was more effective than A groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The anastomotic pattern of looking for the breakage with the help of the Pig tail needle and and the catheters were implanted using epidural anesthesia were better in inferior lacrimal duct breahage.
