摘要
目的:探讨手臂内侧超薄皮瓣在眼睑皮肤缺损修复中的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院于2008年1月～2010年12月收治眼睑皮肤缺损患者24例,采用手臂内侧超薄皮瓣修复睑组织皮肤缺损,观察皮瓣的成活率和并发症发生情况及手术1年后随访患者满意情况。结果:24例患者移植皮瓣成活成功率为100%。手术1年后随访,患者无严重并发症;24例患者对手术效果均满意,满意度达100%。讨论:采用手臂内侧超薄皮瓣修复眼睑皮肤损伤,不影响眼睑的功能,且成活率高,能满足患者的美观需求,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of application of thin skin radial forearm flap in repair for eyelids, in order to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 24 patients with eyelid defect recieved thin skin radial forearm flaps from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2010 in our hospital. To observe the patients for the survival rate, the incidence of complications and satisfaction after 1 year follow-up. Results The survival rate of the thin skin radial forearm flap for all patients was 100%. 24 patients all showed no complications. The rate of the satisfaction after 1 year follow-up for the clinical effect of application of thin skin radial forearm flap in repair for eyelids was 100%. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of thin skin radial forearm flap in repair for eyelids is significant, it is well worth clinical popularizing and application.
