多排螺旋CT薄层扫描对诊断四肢关节微小骨折及撕脱骨折的诊断价值 被引量:3

Diagnostic Value of Multidetector Spiral CT Thin Slice Scanning to Microfracture and Avulsion Fracture of Bonds and Joints

摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT对四肢关节微小骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院159例四肢关节微小骨折的DR及CT表现。结果 X线检查159例阴性中,经过螺旋CT薄层螺旋扫描后,发现52例表现为骨折,106例表现为撕脱骨折,1例正常。结论多排螺旋CT螺旋薄层扫描对四肢关节微小骨折具有十分重要的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multidetector spiral CT to microfracture of bonds and joints. Methods DR and CT manifestations of 159 cases with microfracture of bonds and joints were retrospectively analyzed. Results 159 cases which were negative in DR, showed fracture after spiral CT thin slice scanning. 52 patients showed fracture, and 106 patients showed avulsion fracture. 1 case was negative. Conclu- sion Multidetector spiral CT thin slice scanning has very important diagnostic value to microfracture of bonds and joints.
