胱抑素C、嗜铬粒蛋白A与慢性充血性心力衰竭的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过检测慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)和嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)水平的变化,探讨两者之间的相关性及CysC和CgA在CHF发生发展中的作用。方法:选取我院心内科CHF住院患者共48例,其中心功能Ⅱ级组15例、Ⅲ级组17例和Ⅳ级组16例。正常体检者20例设为对照。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法测定血清CysC和CgA水平。心脏超声心动图测定LVEF。结果采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学处理。结果:①CHF患者中CysC和CgA水平均较正常对照组增高并且心功能Ⅳ级高于Ⅲ级;Ⅲ级高于Ⅱ级;Ⅳ级高于Ⅱ级(P<0.01)。②血清CysC和CgA存在正相关关系(P<0.01)。③血清CysC水平与与LVEF呈负相关。结论:CHF患者血清CysC和CgA均显著升高并且随心功能NYHA分级程度的加重而增高。CysC含量的增高与CgA的增高呈正相关。CysC与LVEF具有相关性,表明其参与了CHF的发生及发展过程,可以反映CHF的严重程度。
