摘要
目的:探讨记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择我院自2010—07～2012—07收治的髌骨骨折患者60例,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用记忆合金髌骨爪治疗。对照组采用镍钛聚髌器内固定法治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的骨折愈合率为100%,对照组患者的骨折愈合率为80%,观察组患者的骨折愈合率显著优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效显著,具有固定牢固,骨折愈合快,并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of memory alloy patellar claw in the treatment of patella fractures. Methods： 60 patients of patella fractures in our hospital since July, 2010 to July, 2012 were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）, the observation group using memory alloy patellar claw treatment, while the control group using nickel--titanium patellar inter- nal fixation method treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The fracture healing rate of observation group was 100%, significantly better than that of control group, which was only 80%. The comparison shows there is a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Memory al- loy patellar claw has a distinct clinical curative effect in the treatment of patella fractures, in terms of tight fixa- tion, fast healing, and less complications, and it is worthy of clinical application.
