复方独活寄生合剂治疗佐剂性关节炎大鼠的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究独活寄生合剂对佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型血清中IL-1β、IL-15及TGF-β1表达水平的影响,探讨独活寄生合剂对佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用及相关机制。方法:雌性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、佐剂性关节炎模型组、独活寄生汤治疗组、强的松治疗组,每组10只,2周后,处死全部大鼠,断头取血,检测血清中IL-1β、IL-15及TGF-β1表达水平。结果:模型组与正常组比较,血清IL-1β、IL-15水平升高,TGF-β1水平降低,治疗组与模型组比较血清IL-1β、IL-15表达水平明显降低,TGF-β1表达水平上调。结论:独活寄生合剂降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-15的表达,上调TGF-β1的表达水平,对类风湿性关节炎的治疗有一定意义。 Objective: To study the effects of Dohuo Jisheng Heji on serum IL--1β,IL-15 and TGF-β1 in adjuvant arthritis rats, and explore the treatment functions on adjuvant arthritis and related mechanisms. Methods: 40 rats were randomized into 4 groups: normal control rats, adjuvant arthritis rats,adjuvant arthritis rats treated with Dohuo Jisheng Heji, and adjuvant arthritis rats treated with Prednisone(N= 10). the expres- sion levels of IL-1β, IL-15, TGF-β1 in serum were detected after 2 weeks of treatment. Results: IL-1β, IL -15 level was higher and TGF-β1 level was lower in adjuvant arthritis rats than those in normal control rats (P 〈 0. 05). The expression level of IL- 1β, IL- 15 in the Dohuo Jisheng Heji-- treated group was significantly lower than those in adjuvant arthritis rats, but the expression levels of TGF-β1 were increased (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Dohuo Jisheng Heji therapy down--regulate the expression level of IL-1β, IL-15 and up--regu- late the level of TGF-β1. It has certain significance in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
