摘要
为全面揭示烟台市国有资产经济效益的变化,建立了包括投资效果系数、比较效果系数、国有资产产值率和国有资产利润率在内的指标体系,采用熵值赋权法确定了4个指标的权重,所得权重大小与主观定性判断相一致;这说明了指标体系以及熵值确权方法的科学性。结果显示:烟台市国有资产经济效益呈现波动上升态势,但对比与全国并不具有明显优势,相对山东而言具有一定优势。研究认为,山东和烟台都需进一步提高国有资产管理水平和经济效益。
In order to reveal the evolution of economic efficient of State-owned assets in Yantai city, it designs a set of indicator systems which includes coefficient of investment effect and comparative effect and the rate index of outputs with profits. Then it calculates the weight value of the four index. Besides, the results tell us both the indicator systems and the calculate methods are scientific, Based on this, the evaluation result reveals that the economic effect of State-owned assets present rising tend with the fluctuation in Yantai city. And it hash＇ t obvious advantage with the whole country. But it has little advantage with the whole Shandong Province.
