摘要 高速公路雨雾灾害具有突发性、局地性和小范围波动性等特征,因而难以检测和准确预报,是对高速公路行车安全影响最大也是最为常见的气象灾害.研究高速公路雨雾灾害的自动检测及对通行车辆的预警方法,是有效解决车辆通行安全问题的关键.通过分析雨雾灾害对高速公路行车安全的影响,提出了建立基于短信服务(short message service,SMS)技术的高速公路雨雾监测及车辆安全预警系统的解决方案,并建立了低能见度下交通控制的一般模型,最后对方案的具体实施方法进行了验证.结果表明:基于SMS技术建立的该系统具有结构简单、易于实现,能够有效解决雨雾灾害的多点实时检测及数据远程传输问题,并能自动生成预警方案和完成预警信息的发布. Rain and fog disasters are difficult to be detected and forecasted accurately because of their :suddenness, locality anti small-scale variety, and they are the most common meteorological disasters which have great influences on expressway traffic satfety. The key to the safety of vehicle traffic is research into automatic detection technology of rain and fog on expressways and into the methods of pre-warning vehicles. By analyzing the influences of rain and fog disasters on the safety of expressway traffic, this paper proposes a solution to detecting rains and fogs on expressways and vehicle safety warning system based on SMS wireless communication technology. Moreover, a general model for traffic control in low visibility conditions is built. Finally, the concrete implementation methods for the solution are tested. The results show that this system based on SMS technology is simple in structure and easy to implement. More importantly, it can effectively solve the problem of rain and fog multi-point real-time detection and remote data transmission, and can automatically create pre-warning programs and deliver pre-warning information.
