来曲唑对排卵性不孕患者促排卵作用的影响被引量：1

摘要目的探讨来曲唑对排卵性不孕患者促排卵的影响。方法选择273例女性排卵性不孕患者,根据排卵方案不同分为两组,来曲唑(LE组)组137例和氯米芬(CC组)组136例。通过阴道B超定期监测卵泡的大小、数目和子宫内膜的厚度,人绒毛膜促性腺激素注射日测血雌二醇水平,指导同房,2周及12周后观察其妊娠结局。结果 LE组的优势卵泡数及成熟卵泡数明显低于CC组(P<0.05);两组的排卵率无统计学显著性差异(P>0.05);LE组的子宫内膜厚度厚于CC组(P>0.05);LE组的正常妊娠率高于CC组(P>0.05);多胎妊娠率低于CC组(P>0.05);LE组HCG日的雌二醇明显低于CC组(P<0.01);流产率LE组低于CC组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑可作为替代氯米芬的经济、安全、有效的一线促排卵药。
