摘要
通过临床药师对1例开颅术后中枢神经系统感染患儿实施药学监护的过程,探讨临床药师参与抗感染治疗与开展用药监护的方法。针对该病例,临床药师从药物选择、疗效评价、不良反应监测、患者用药教育等方面,为患者制定个体化给药方案,并实施全程药学监护,患者感染控制后出院。临床药师通过深入临床为患者提供个体化的药学服务,开展药学监护,是实现药学服务价值的途径。
We explored the methods of clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infection treatment through the pharmaceutical care on a lO-year-old patient with intracranial central nervous system infection after craniotomy. In this case, clinical pharmacists supplied the measures of pharmaceutical cares and planed individual treatment regimen for the patient in respects of drug selection, evaluation of curative effect, monitoring adverse drug reaction, medication education, etc.The pharmaceutical care showed obvious effect and the patient was discharged after the infection was controlled. Participating in the formulation of individual treatment and providing pharmaceutical care for patients can be the way to realize the value of pharmaceutical service.
