摘要
目的探讨认知康复护理对精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍的影响。方法将有认知功能障碍的精神分裂症患者80例随机分为干预组与常规组,各40例。常规组给予精神科常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行认知康复护理。观察两组患者12周后简易智能状态(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)及威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)评分。结果经12周护理干预后,干预组MMSE、Rpe、ADL评分低于常规组,Ra、Cc、Rc评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论认知康复护理可以改善精神分裂症患者认知功能与社会功能。
Objective To explore the influence of cognitive rehabilitation care on cognitive dysfunction of patients with sehizophrenia. Methods 80 schizophrenic patients with cognitive dysfunction were randomly divided into the intervention group and the normal group, each group had 40 cases. The normal group was given the conventional psychiatric care, the intervention group was given the rehabilitation nursing on the basis of eonventional care. The scores of mini mental state examination （MMSE）, activities of daily living scale （ADL）, Wisconsin card sorting test （WCST） of the two groups were ob- served after 12 weeks＂ care. Results After 12 weeks＂ care, the scores of MMSE, Rpe, ADL in the intervention group were less than those in the normal group, then the scores of Ra, Co, Re in the intervention group were higher than those in the normal group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Cognitive rehabilitation nursing can improve cognitive function and social function of patients with schizophrenia.
