摘要
可转位刀片种类繁多、外形偏小、精度要求高,在设计刀片周边磨削的夹具时,既要考虑加工工艺、机床结构形式,还要尽可能满足通用、可快速更换的柔性制造要求。为此,从刀片的几何特征和高效、精密磨削考虑,设计了刀片周边磨削夹具,并对设计条件进行了分析。该夹具提高了刀片工艺制造的可靠性和效率。
The characteristics of the carbide indexable inserts are smaller profile, higher precision and wider varieties. When designing fixture for grinding of Indexable Inserts, the machining technology and the structure of machine tool, the fixture' s commonality and changeability, the geometrical characteristic of Inserts and high efficient machining inserts etal, must be considered. A fixture was designed base on the above conditions. This fixture improve the manufacturing technology and reliability of Inserts.
