摘要
目的探讨联合两种可吸收材料治疗内踝骨折的疗效与安全性。方法共16例患者采用可吸收螺钉固定后捆扎可吸收线张力带。结果所有病例随访8~12个月,骨折愈合时间5~8周,优87.5%。结论可吸收螺钉结合可吸收线张力带治疗内踝骨折的方法安全可靠,关节功能好,是内踝骨折的理想固定方式。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of the treatment of medial malleolus fracture with two kinds of absorbable materials.Methods A total of 16 patients were fixed by absorbable screw and then tired with absorbable thread tension band.Results All cases were followed up for 4-8 months.The healing time of fracture was 5-8 weeks.The exellent rate was 87.50%.Conclusion The method with aborbable screw combined with absorbable thread tension band can be used to treat medial malleolus fracture effectively and safely.The funtion of ankle is good.It is an ideal method for medial malleolus fracture.
