摘要
目的北沙参在市场上先后出现的混淆品较多,且在实际应用中较易出现混淆,为了保证临床用药的安全有效。为此,对北沙参与其混淆品明党参、田贡蒿、川明参、迷果芹、硬阿魏进行鉴别比较研究。方法采用性状、显微、薄层层析等方法。结果明党参、田贡蒿、川明参、迷果芹、硬阿魏与药材北沙参在性状、显微、薄层层析等方面有明显差别,可以区分。结论由于它们的功效与北沙参不同,故不能作药材北沙参使用。
Objective To coastal glehnia root in the market of product successively appeared confused more,and more easily in practical application in confusion,in order to guarantee the safety of clinical medication effectively.For this reason,the coastal glehnia root and its confusing product changium smyrnioides,TianGongHao,sichuan Ming ginseng,fan GuoQin,hard ferulic were identified comparative study.Methods The character,microscopic,thinlayer chromatography method,etc.Results Changium smyrnioides,TianGongHao,sichuan Ming ginseng,fan GuoQin,hard ferulic and medicinal materials radix glehniae in character,microscopic,thin-layer chromatography,etc have obvious differences,can be the difference between a.Conclusion Because of their efficacy and coastal glehnia root different,therefore,cannot be medicinal materials radix glehniae use.
