摘要
通过统计生产数据,结合理论分析得出,控制开吹温度不低于1600℃、止吹碳不小于0.60%、预还原后Si含量不低于0.30%及碱度为1.4~1.6,同时加强搅拌,可使EBT炉冶炼铬不锈钢配铬量达14.00%时,铬回收率达到87%以上。
Through the statistics of production data and theoretical analysis, it is concluded that controlling start - blowing temperature no less than 1 600 ℃, carbon content at stop blowing no less than 0.60%, Si content after pre-reduction no less than 0.30%, basicity of 1.4-1.6, and enhancing stirring, Cr recycling rate can be reached to be more than 87% in the melting of Cr stainless steel with additions of Cr up to 14.00% by EBT furnace.
